Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time
- Use of hands to handle or feel and ability to reach with hands and arm
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, and reach for items below waist level or above shoulders
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to speak loudly and clearly
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of barista experience
- Experience as a server is a plus
- Knowledge of how café business flows
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating unique experiences
Job Duties
- Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods
- Remain knowledgeable about ACC's current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
- Provide excellent customer service to all members
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor at all times
- Understand and follow all health, food, and safety guidelines
