Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Requires minimum one year of experience working as a server or barista
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
  • Must be efficient and organized
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a server or barista
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with safety procedures related to beverage preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Espresso Bar area
  • Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and hot beverages
  • Restock supplies to ensure continuous operation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Adhere to company standards and policies
