Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or cafe role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and operate technology such as registers and tablets
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Greet customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selections
  • Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
  • Operate registers quickly and accurately
  • Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
  • Follow First In First Out (FIFO) product rotation procedures
  • Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and guidelines
  • Support the bookfloor team when needed
