Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- Ability to practice safety procedures with equipment and hot beverages
- Must be able to maintain a clean workspace
- Able to replenish supplies and minimize downtime
- Must be efficient, organized, and able to handle physical demands
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server or barista
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to maintain organization and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and speak English proficiently
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages
- Provide friendly and high-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Replenish supplies to minimize downtime
- Follow basic safety procedures related to equipment and hot beverage handling
