Job Requirements

Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform multiple tasks during shifts
Strong customer engagement skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Adherence to cash handling policies
Capability to follow company recipes, policies, and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior barista or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Deliver excellent customer service with a customer comes first attitude
Provide consistent quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and standards
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests and employees
Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies
Assist with new hire training by coaching and developing team members
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Ensure checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects are completed
