Job Requirements
- Hold a higher secondary school certificate or country specific certification
- Have 1 year bartending experience in a luxury hotel
- Completed a basic food and hygiene training
- Possess experience of working in an international capacity
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone

Job Duties
- Take orders and serve food and beverages as requested by guests ensuring accuracy and prompt service
- Maintain complete knowledge of the menu including food and beverages and provide recommendations and advice to guests and colleagues as necessary
- Ensure that guests receive the correct order and that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the development of the bar menu and perfect recipes for signature drinks
- Collect money for orders served process financial transactions following standard cashiering procedures and ensure all bills are checked for accuracy before presentation to the guest
- Perform daily calibrations of equipment such as coffee machines and grinders before each shift to ensure optimal performance
