Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service or related field
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate loads
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- previous food hygiene experience
- knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing drinks
- excellent communication skills in the local language
- electronic ordering systems experience
- cash handling experience

Job Duties
- receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner including serving as a barista or cocktail attendant if required
- understand menu content including any changes and promotional activities
- keep service area clean tidy and well-prepared
- efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
- collaborate with team members to ensure high quality service experience
- adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
