Job Requirements
- The ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time
- The use of hands to handle or feel and the ability to reach with hands and arm
- The ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch
- The ability to squat, bend, twist, and reach for items below waist level or above shoulders
- The ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds
- The ability to speak loudly and clearly
- This role is subject to loud noise for extended periods of time depending on the time and day of the week
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of barista experience
- Experience as a server is a plus
- Knowledge of how cafe business flows
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating unique experiences
Job Duties
- Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods
- Remain knowledgeable about ACC's current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
- Provide excellent customer service to all members
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor at all times
- Understand and follow all health, food, and safety guidelines
