Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Bend reach and perform repetitive motions as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior barista food service or retail experience a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable punctual and committed to teamwork

Job Duties

Greet and engage customers with a positive friendly attitude
Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale system
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee tea and specialty beverages according to Ellianos standards
Maintain consistency in drink quality speed and presentation
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures when preparing pastries and snacks
Operate cash register handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Keep the coffee bar workstations and customer areas clean and organized
Restock supplies and maintain inventory as needed
Follow all safety sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth store operations
Support new team member training and uphold Ellianos standards
Communicate effectively with shift leaders and management
