Job Requirements
- available to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- positive attitude and energy
- willingness to be cross-trained in multiple café positions
- basic knowledge of coffee and food preparation
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- work all café positions including kitchens to make food to order
- keep cafe spaces clean and safe, always ready for guests and teammates
- produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- stock all necessary ingredients per station needs
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
