Job Requirements
- Available to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, food and beverage preparation
- Capable of working all café positions including kitchen food prep
- Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchen food preparation
- Keep café spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients according to each station's needs
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
