Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- ability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience
- willingness to learn multiple café roles
- punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- work all café positions including kitchens to make food to order
- keep our space clean and safe, always ready for guests and teammates
- learn cashier and point of sale
- manage expo inside and outside order taking
- work the drive-thru if available
- support third-party delivery and online orders
- assist in back of house cooking and prepping
