Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work various shifts including early mornings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all cafe positions including kitchen duties to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean and safe, ensuring readiness for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients as per each station’s requirements
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
