Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and work within a fast-paced team environment

- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays with ability to work 22 hours weekly

Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all cafe positions including kitchen tasks to make food to order
- Keep spaces clean and safe, ready for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients according to station needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
