Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in cafe operations
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work 22 hours each week
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all cafe positions including kitchens to make food to order
- Keep cafe spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
- Produce drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with station needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
