- Ability to work full time on day shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests, accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner, and enter all orders into the POS system
- Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed
- Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise
- Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue
