Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work full-time shifts including days
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation or ability to use subsidized shuttle services

- Previous experience as a barista or in a high-volume customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders promptly, and accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed
- Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise
- Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue
