Job Requirements

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or airport environment
Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee-related equipment
Exceptional customer service skills with ability to create positive atmosphere
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in busy environment
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers
Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
Genuine passion for coffee and desire to deliver outstanding coffee experience

Job Duties

Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages ensuring consistent taste and quality
Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service
Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and barista tools with precision
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including sanitation of equipment
Keep thorough knowledge of the coffee menu, including seasonal specials
Engage with customers offering recommendations and answering questions
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Collaborate with team members on operations including restocking and cleaning
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Continuously enhance coffee-making knowledge and skills
