Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred

- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- maintain the register and properly handle cash
- enter tips, place orders accurately, and keep a balanced drawer
- work closely with other staff to create a steady flow of service
- communicate any needs and stay close to the register
- create all of Bottega Louie’s coffees and teas for the market and café
- abide by Bottega Louie recipe standards, sanitation standards, and maintain speed of service
- make every drink with care and to the guests’ likings
- keep a well stocked and organized work station and communicate any needs to utility or a manager
- keep a clean and well stocked market
- take out the trash, retrieve products, and restock
- properly store and rotate macarons
- assist with filling macaron trays and organizing macaron bins
- accurately describe all pastries and upsell to guests
- package all pastries for guests
- consolidate pastries and stock as needed
