Job Duties

  • Welcome customers warmly, making them feel valued and appreciated
  • Answer questions about product offerings and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, handling transactions responsibly
  • Promote new products by offering samples and informing customers about exciting coffee shop specials
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of products, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Manage and inventory merchandise, including proper labeling and stocking of products
  • Utilize coffee shop equipment appropriately, including espresso machines and blenders
  • Report safety hazards and any discrepancies in product orders to management promptly
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following safety protocols and identifying any risks
  • Assist in training new team members and support customers of all ages and abilities
