Job Duties
- Welcome customers warmly, making them feel valued and appreciated
- Answer questions about product offerings and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, handling transactions responsibly
- Promote new products by offering samples and informing customers about exciting coffee shop specials
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products, adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage and inventory merchandise, including proper labeling and stocking of products
- Utilize coffee shop equipment appropriately, including espresso machines and blenders
- Report safety hazards and any discrepancies in product orders to management promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following safety protocols and identifying any risks
- Assist in training new team members and support customers of all ages and abilities
