Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
- proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
- knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Job Duties
- Accurately take and confirm guest food and beverage orders including special instructions and/or restrictions
- prepare and serve coffee, espresso, other beverages including component ingredients and serve to guests
- process payments and balance all sales/receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures including reconciling and maintaining the security of the cash drawer
- accurately, promptly, efficiently and safely assemble and transport food and beverage orders to indoor and outdoor guests including guests in vehicles in locations offering drive-thru service
- sell and accurately account for gift cards
- available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
