- 2 years of experience preferred
- previous culinary experience beneficial
- associate's or bachelor's degree in related field beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks beverage and snack items
- provide excellent customer service delivering Starbucks' Legendary Service
- stock and perform light cooking prep for café
- ensure food and beverage presentation meets Starbucks standards
- oversee sanitation and food safety techniques
- assist with catering and café projects
- attend Starbucks training and certify as a Barista
- create displays for novelty items
- process transactions and maintain cash drawer
- set up equipment for service
- suggest products to customers to meet sales goals
- prepare quality beverages and food products consistently
