- Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a café or food service environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and retail products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and basic paperwork
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance
