Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a coffee or barista role preferred
- ability to lift and carry supplies
- availability to work Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
- knowledge of coffee and beverage making techniques
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Maintain appropriate amounts of product including coffees, syrups, teas, fruits, vegetables, juices, yogurts and condiments used in beverage making
- ensure the coffee bar is kept clean and safe following supervisor instructions and health, safety, and food handling regulations
- clean and maintain all equipment at the station including coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas and brushes on a scheduled basis
- prepare quality coffee beverages, cappuccino, tea, and smoothies consistently for all customers
- organize and stock supplies and maintain the coffee bar and equipment
- order and manage inventory for the station as required
- provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner
