Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a coffee or barista role preferred
  • ability to lift and carry supplies
  • availability to work Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in coffee preparation or barista role preferred
  • knowledge of coffee and beverage making techniques
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain appropriate amounts of product including coffees, syrups, teas, fruits, vegetables, juices, yogurts and condiments used in beverage making
  • ensure the coffee bar is kept clean and safe following supervisor instructions and health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • clean and maintain all equipment at the station including coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas and brushes on a scheduled basis
  • prepare quality coffee beverages, cappuccino, tea, and smoothies consistently for all customers
  • organize and stock supplies and maintain the coffee bar and equipment
  • order and manage inventory for the station as required
  • provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner
