Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior barista or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- availability to work Monday through Friday
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in a similar food service role preferred
- knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- basic understanding of health and safety standards in food service
Job Duties
- maintain appropriate amounts of product to include coffees, syrups, teas, fruits, vegetables, juices, yogurts and condiments to be used in the making of beverages
- ensure that the coffee bar is kept clean and safe via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations
- clean and maintain all equipment at station to include coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino machine, juicer, spoons, spatulas and brushes on a scheduled basis
- prepare quality coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages consistently for all customers
- organize and stock supplies, manage inventory and order products for the coffee station
- provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner
