Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-6 months related café or barista experience preferred
- retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate coffee shop equipment safely and correctly

Job Qualifications

- experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems a plus
- strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

- attention to detail in beverage preparation, merchandising, and cash handling
- reliability and punctuality in opening/closing procedures
- proactive approach to cleanliness, presentation, and inventory management
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide information about available food, beverages, merchandise, and hotel amenities
- prepare specialty coffee drinks following established recipes and operate coffee shop equipment safely and correctly
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including equipment, displays, and floors, according to SOPs
- restock and refresh merchandise and food displays to ensure an inviting presentation
- open and close the coffee shop on time, following proper setup and closing procedures
- process all sales through the Micros system, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to accounting procedures
- monitor inventory levels, communicate restocking needs, and assist management with ordering
- secure all cash and deposits per hotel and company policies
- comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
