Job Requirements
- 16 years old or older
- Must be positive friendly and passionate about making guests happy
- Must be flexible and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista or coffee bar experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in scheduling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Operate coffee-making equipment efficiently
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
