  • prior barista or café experience preferred

  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and authenticity
  • maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and brand heritage
  • meet individual and store sales goals by sharing beverage, food, and merchandise options
  • support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
  • maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace following sanitation and food safety standards
  • operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
  • collaborate with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest experience
