Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and authenticity
- maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and brand heritage
- meet individual and store sales goals by sharing beverage, food, and merchandise options
- support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace following sanitation and food safety standards
- operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
- collaborate with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest experience
