Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year barista experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity
- Strong auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience working as a barista
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed drink recipes and procedures
- Experience operating espresso machines
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the work area
- Flexibility to support other food service areas as needed
Job Duties
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area
- Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed
- Must be organized, action oriented and possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills
