Job Requirements
- Ability to tolerate extended periods of standing
- Capable of reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, pushing and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity
- Good auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working as a barista
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow company recipes and procedures
- Capability to operate and maintain espresso machines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Teamwork and flexibility
Job Duties
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines
- Maintain stock and clean barista area
- Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed
- Be organized, action oriented and possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills
