The Barista must be adept at operating espresso machines, handling POS systems, and managing orders with precision and speed, ensuring drinks are prepared and delivered within three minutes. Alongside drink preparation, responsibilities include adhering to cleaning protocols, following cash handling procedures, and contributing to overall store profitability by playing an active role in boosting sales and fostering a positive store environment.
