Job Requirements

- availability to work Sunday through Saturday with rotating shifts between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm
- ability to operate espresso machine and point of service system
- must have excellent customer service skills
- must be able to work as part of a team
- must have effective communication skills
- previous cashier experience preferred

Job Duties
- welcome questions and educate guests
- make espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers that are delivered to the guest in less than three minutes
- operate espresso machine and video screen
- identify each drink and delivery
- perform cleaning tasks in accordance with store standards
- follow cash handling procedures and cash handling policies
- contribute to store profitability
- contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
- learn and demonstrate creating the Starbucks experience
- offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
- discover customer needs and appropriately suggest product with customers to enhance service and meet sales goals
- prepare and produce all drinks to Starbucks standard
- batch like drinks together
- keep guest areas clean
- respond to customer needs and thank each customer
- demonstrate 'Just Say Yes' behavior by taking care of customer needs
- follow store policy and procedures
