Job Requirements
- Availability to work Sunday to Saturday with rotating shift times
- Ability to operate espresso machine proficiently
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow store policies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Act 34 clearance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to accurately count and perform basic mathematical functions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use Point of Service system
- Previous cashier experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome questions and educate guests
- Make espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers delivered in less than three minutes
- Operate espresso machine and video screen
- Perform cleaning tasks according to store standards
- Follow cash handling procedures and policies
- Contribute to store profitability and goals for increasing sales
- Prepare drinks to Starbucks standards and keep guest areas clean
- Respond to customer needs and thank each customer
