Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greets every guest with a smile and positive attitude
- takes orders from guests and prepares orders when applicable
- responsible for correctly handling cash, credit and comp procedures and properly completing paperwork
- utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions
- ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage
- complete cash turn-in sheets and distribute appropriately
- possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
- knows the menu items and prices
- knowledgeable barista who can make a variety of drinks in a fast pace environment
- knows how to operate the Micros system in order to properly ring up and close out checks
- upholds standards by setting examples with appearance and work ethic
- works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
