Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience strongly preferred
- experience in retail or quick service restaurant environments preferred
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate point of sale equipment
- ability to follow scripts and procedures
- ability to multitask under pressure

- ability to operate register and process various payment methods
- ability to multi-task effectively
Job Duties
- Answer the phone within three rings
- take orders from guests accurately
- communicate orders to servers to expedite service
- follow prepared scripts to encourage upselling
- provide approximate delivery times
- prepare payment checks
- maintain knowledge of food menu and wine list
- adhere to all liability laws
- print end-of-shift reports and complete banking tasks
- complete other assigned duties
- attend designated staff meetings and training sessions
