Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling experience strongly preferred
- previous retail experience strongly preferred
- previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
- basic math skills needed to understand and implement recipes and measurements
- must be able to operate register and process various methods of payment
- ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Answer the phone within three rings
- take orders for guests
- follow prepared scenario to encourage upselling
- give the approximate time of delivery for the order
- prepare payment of checks
- know the food menu and wine list
- adhere to all liability laws
- print reports at the end of the shift and bank out
- complete other duties assigned
- attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
