Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience
- prior retail or quick service restaurant experience
- basic math skills
- ability to operate register and process payments
- strong communication skills
- ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Answer the phone within three rings
- take orders for guests
- follow prepared scenarios to encourage upselling
- give approximate time of delivery for orders
- prepare payment of checks
- have knowledge of food menu and wine list
- know and adhere to all liability laws
- print reports at the end of shifts and complete banking out
- complete other duties assigned
- attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
