Job Requirements
- must be able to lift around 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds
- must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area
- must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine and photocopier
- must be able to work at a fast pace in stressful situations
- must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience working in gift shop and coffee shop establishment preferred
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- pleasant and poised personality
- ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English
- well-groomed appearance
- ability to work unsupervised
Job Duties

- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests, including recipe changes
- maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events

- assist with new team member training by reinforcing successful performance and providing coaching as needed

- provide quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines
- follow cash handling and register policies
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- maintain merchandise neatly on display
