Job Duties
- Prepare coffee drinks, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to recipes
- steam milk and operate espresso equipment properly
- maintain drink consistency and presentation standards
- keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized
- greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
- operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- package meal prep and to-go orders correctly
- answer questions about menu items and ingredients
- maintain a clean and welcoming front counter
- follow opening and closing procedures
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor inventory and communicate when items run low
- assist with light prep and restocking
- work as a team to keep service smooth and efficient
