Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day
- ability to push or lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work early mornings and weekends
- flexible work schedule including Saturdays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier
- basic math skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- knowledge of coffee and tea preparation
- effective communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages
- preparing and serving food items
- promoting menu selections
- answering customer questions
- keeping the work environment organized and sanitary
- working to attract new customers with knowledge of fresh bakery items
