Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have or be willing to obtain Retail DLC certification on or prior to first day
Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong people skills and positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling
Willingness to learn and adapt
Retail DLC certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to order
Operate the cash register and handle food and beverage transactions
Take food orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee service area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Support inventory management and restock supplies as needed
