Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate
- Minimum one year experience as a cashier
- Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and sustained repetitive motion
- Ability to operate point of sale equipment
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Must maintain high levels of customer service and direct guest interaction
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- Minimum one year of cashier experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Fluent and clear English communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with point of sale systems
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot or cold specialty beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
- Take and fulfill orders for baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items and suggest products to guests
- Order, receive, and stock supplies or retail products
- Provide room service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions at the counter and store area
- Utilize point of sale equipment for transactions
