Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handler certificate
- at least one year of cashier experience
- fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift approximately 15 pounds
- capability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach daily
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- ability to work in extreme temperature conditions
- commitment to customer service and safety procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and serve hot or cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
- take orders and serve baked goods and sandwiches
- describe menu items and suggest products to guests
- order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products
- provide room service to guests
- maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store
- perform opening, closing, and shift change procedures
