Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certificate required
- minimum one year of experience as a cashier or in customer service
- must be fluent in English
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry 15 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending squatting kneeling climbing and reaching
- ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- ability to sustain direct contact with the public and provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certificate required
- minimum one year experience as a cashier
- prior experience in customer service preferred
- ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to effectively use point of sale equipment
- capability to perform basic arithmetic including percentages
Job Duties
- prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee espresso drinks blended coffees or teas and other specialty beverages
- serve and take orders for baked goods and sandwiches
- describe menu items to guests and suggest products that might appeal to them
- order receive or stock supplies or retail products
- provide room service for guests
- maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and counter areas
- assist in the training of new employees
