Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate
- Minimum one year of experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use fine motor skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Ability to operate point of sale equipment
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas
- Take and process orders for baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items and suggest products to guests to enhance their experience
- Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products
- Provide room service for guests as required
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store including counter areas and brewing equipment
- Assist training new employees and participate in product knowledge sessions
