Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to use MICROS cash register system
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Commitment to adhere to company safety and security policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- No prior work experience required
- Must be able to complete safety training and certifications.

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and areas
- Lock doors
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
- Take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances such as coffee makers are turned on/off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain change required for business level
- Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, secure bank
- Follow company, safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions to management
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Speak using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Ensure quality expectations and standards are met
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
