Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform fine motor tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
- Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate MICROS system or similar POS technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean equipment and areas
- Lock doors and secure premises
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Input orders into MICROS system and collect payment
- Prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
- Manage cash bank, complete cashier reports, and secure bank at end of shift
- Follow safety and security policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- Welcome and assist guests including those with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships with team
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving as required
- Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisors
