Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • prepare and serve coffee drinks such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos following standardized recipes
  • customize beverages according to customer preferences
  • operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely
  • maintain a clean and organized work area including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies
  • follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times
  • assist with other restaurant duties as needed such as bussing tables or assisting in food preparation
