Job Requirements
- One year of restaurant or beverage experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
- Ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance
- Willingness to work varied shifts
- Commitment to maintaining presentation and recipe standards
Job Qualifications
- One year of restaurant or beverage experience
- Proven knowledge of point of sales software and cash, check, and credit card handling
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Experience in a high-volume a la carte venue preferred
Job Duties
- Formulate beverages according to established recipes and ensure food products meet presentation standards
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale register, manage cash, prepare banks for the next shift, handle coupons, and ensure correct change
- Deliver superior guest service by recommending drinks and food selections and informing guests of daily specials
- Stock workstations to maintain appropriate pars and monitor product quality
- Set up and close workstations following established procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
