Job Duties
- Adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, make suggestions for improving operations
- Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to freshness and quality standards
- Maintain up-to-date coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
- Work weekly hours ranging from 25 to 35 with potential for variation
